About Us
jdm stands for more than the initials of its founding partners and brothers Jonathon and Jeremy de Maid, who established the business in 1996. As an independent family run business, the company believes it successfully combines good old fashioned personal service with the benefits of leading-edge technology.
What makes us different is our staff, the senior partners of the company, Jonathon and Jeremy de Maid, Richard Piddock and Andrew Bailey are backed up by a team of in the region of 40 dedicated and experienced staff all of whom work with the same ethos that the brothers' father Alan de Maid created over 50 years ago.
The Bromley Borough is home to most of the companies staff, giving them extensive knowledge of the local area. Their success in the area has allowed them to expand and take their unique brand of estate agency to the Blackheath area.
Customer service and professionalism are at the heart of our business, with many of our staff having achieved qualifications from the National Association of Estate Agents and the Guild Association Scheme.
Also fundamental to the jdm ethos is a strong sense of community. This is evident in our fundraising and support of local charities, schools and sports events. We maintain extremely high standards in client care, keeping everyone informed of progress and offering pragmatic advice throughout.
Our experienced Lettings staff operate from our Bromley, Blackheath and Petts Wood offices. The Bromley office covers Bromley, Beckenham, Hayes, West Wickham and surrounding areas. Our Petts Wood office covers Chislehurst, Petts Wood, Bickley, Orpington and surrounding areas, providing a range of residential letting and property management services."
